I’ve been getting a lot of messages recently from people who want to start working out after a long period of inactivity. So, I thought I’d share some tips on how to get back into the fitness game after 10 years of doing nothing.

2️⃣ Set Realistic Goals: Don’t expect to run a marathon in your first month. Set small, achievable goals that will keep you motivated and help you track your progress.
3️⃣ Listen to Your Body: If you feel pain or discomfort during a workout, stop immediately. It’s important to give your body time to adjust to the new routine.
4️⃣ Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout. This will help prevent dehydration, which can lead to fatigue and muscle cramps.
